A Passion for Fly Fishing: Cory’s Story
Corey has been fly fishing and fly tying since he was 7 years old. At a very early age, in the Catskills of NY, his father taught him traditional fly fishing, as well as the fundamentals of nymphing for trout without a fly line. (Better known today as Euro Nymphing). It was on the banks of the Beaverkill River that Cory developed a passion for trout fishing and became a student of the sport. To this day, Cory is always working on his craft...striving to get better.!
Cory is a well rounded fly fisherman, and his YouTube channel: Old Dominion Trout Bum, highlights his experiences on the water. Through the channel, he makes you feel like you are fishing alongside him, as he explains and teaches as each trout is caught.
Whether it is fly tying or Euro Nymphing, Cory would like to pass on to you what he has learned from this wonderful sport.
